"Parking lot not cleared of snow but luckily found a spot. Was difficult to manage baggage and pet carrier. Front entry steps uneven, could use a handrail. Bed very comfortable and breakfast very nice including proper boiled kettle for tea! Very pleasant staff"
"All the amenities we needed (bathroom, shower, heating system, elevator, etc) worked fine but there was evidence of poor upkeep and disrepair everywhere you looked. Breakfast choices were very limited on the Saturday morning but better on the Sunday morning where there were fewer guests.
The bed was comfortable but made up with only a fitted sheet and a comforter. No flat sheet.
The staff was helpful, polite, and professional.
Overall, though the accommodations were adequate, I felt I had paid for a more luxurious stay than I got. "
"Excellent customer service. Went above and beyond. Stove was broke so he loaned us his personal air fryer.
Room was very clean and comfortable. No complaints at all. Will go back again."
"The room was dated and had a muaty smell. One BIG issue is Hotels.com says there is a restaurant on site. There is NOT. That is false advertising. It was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. We had to leave the hotel each of our 4 nights to get dinner. Having a small breakfast available each morning does NOT constitute having a restaurant on site."
