Pure nature - attractive apartment on Cape Arkona, the northernmost point of Rügen

The apartment is located in Putgarten on the island of Rügen. The apartment belongs to the "Kap Arkona" holiday residence in house III of the complex. This residential complex was built in 2003 and impresses with its Baltic flair with its blue wooden paneling and the well-kept outdoor area. There are a total of 26 apartments and the reception in the residence.

In summer, this small town of Putgarten impresses with tourism and a variety of accommodation options. In winter this place shows the untouched nature of the beautiful island of Rügen. The craft market and the proximity to "Kap Arkona", the northernmost point of the island of Rügen, count as the center of attraction of the town. Enjoy the untouched nature on the sandy north beach, about 1.5 km away; that is pure relaxation. The small town of Putgarten is also closed to motorists. Only residents and you as a holiday guest and supply vehicles offer an exception. The "Kap Arkona" captivates with its two lighthouses and the Jaromarsburg. The northern part of the island has a lot to offer both culturally and historically.
In addition to the beautiful, relaxing landscape, a typical local restaurant invites you to cozy meals.

There is a spacious hallway, a bedroom, a bathroom with shower and an open living room with kitchenette in this apartment. You have access to the north-west terrace through the spacious living / dining & cooking area.

The apartment has a high-quality fitted kitchen (from April 2017), which is fully equipped with dishes, kettle, coffee machine and toaster, as well as high-quality electrical appliances, an oven and a dishwasher. In addition, a marked parking space for unrestricted parking is available for the apartment. The floors in the apartment were laid with terracotta-like tiles and thus express a homely atmosphere.
