"J'ai aimé la propreté de l'endroit. Ma chambre n'avait pas de fenêtre, mais elle était grande. Pour l'environnement, il y a une panoplie de restaurant et de magasin... nous sommes également à distance de marche (2 minutes) du marché. Il y a aussi plusieurs lignes d'autobus qui passent devant l'hôtel. Le seul bémol : la buanderie. Tout d'abord, la moitié des appareils ne fonctionnent pas. Également, les usagers de l'hôtel laissent continuellement leurs vêtements dans les appareils sans venir les ramasser et nous devons constamment appeler la réception à cet effet; comme exemple, un simple lavage que j'aurais fait en une heure (laveuse et sécheuse), m'a pris 3h30 (sans exagérer). J'aurais préféré aller à la buanderie à l'extérieur de l'hôtel, avoir su."

"The only complaint I had was the inability to lower the A/C temp to make it cooler. It was hot at night. We like it generally pretty chilly, but visited the second week of October. Other than that, hotel was gorgeous and staff were super nice and location is good! For the price, it’s a no-brainer! I’d do it again."

"I would like to commend Joseph Lin for his helpfulness when I need to make last minute adjustments to my booking. He took the extra step to help us find out how we could liaise with Expedia to make the arrangements. Overall the hotel is clean and has good amenities."

"The hotel was very nice and clean and very modern feeling. It was a bit far away and remote from the city center of Taichung, so there isn’t a whole lot to do around the hotel. The staff at the hotel were very nice and accommodating in terms of holding our luggage, but unfortunately the night I was there, there wifi didn’t work and the TV also didn’t have any channels working. I did address it with the staff, but unfortunately they were not able to fix it for that day."

"This hotel was nicer than I expected. I needed a hotel close to the HSR station for a night so I could catch an early train the following morning. The room was larger and more comfortable than what I usually get in Taiwan and the staff were helpful getting checked in and out. Do note that it's not really close to the HSR station - you'll still need to take a bus, taxi, or do a fair bit of walking to the local train to get there. But if you need a very reasonably priced hotel on this side of town it's a solid choice."
