"Clean room, comfortable beds, nice staff"

"People above were throwing dice on the floor stomping their feet and it sounded like they were fighting. Staff was afraid to speak to them. It was during a snowstorm and they didn’t have security staff. I complained till 4:30am and the staff called in front of me. They did quiet down at that point. Tiny refrigerator and lacking a microwave. Beds were comfortable janitorial staff were great. One girl at the desk was obnoxious throughout the stay. Mentioned the to manager when he arrived didn’t seem surprised and didn’t respond after when I asked him to ask the attendant that dealt with the people throwing the 10:30-4:30am party. "

"All of the above. Only problem I had is not getting my essentials, money back. The hotel issued it right back to me, but it's not right I still haven't got my money. This is the best hotel I've been to. Ty to Moe and John and McKenzie @ the front desk.you can't find better people and great service they also have the best breakfast ive ever seen in my life a lot too choose from. "I specifically requested a room where no pets are allowed due to my wife's allergic reaction on occasion times. I was told not to worry since pets are only allowed on 2nd and 3rd floors. The ver next day, there was a dog barking in one of the rooms along the hallway. I questioned the receptionist and she told me that pets are allowed on 1st floor only. This was totally the opposite of what i was told the previous night. I was not happy with the situation of confusion with the stuff. How could they not know whick rooms the pets are allowed? "
