Desk staff was only marginal. Not particularly knowledgeable or friendly. I have stayed at Santa Fe Inn and Motel (which is just north of Hotel Santa Fe) and it is really a better place to stay. It was unavailable for this stay so that is why I stayed at Hotel Santa Fe. Price was reasonable."
