I love the junior suite room at the white hotel it's a two-bedroom apartment that the athletes used during the 2018 Olympics. However, many of the shops were not open when we were there.

We previously stayed at The White Hotel in 2019 and loved it. We knew the White Hotel will be undergoing renovations and there will be reduced facilities. The apartments themselves are still beautiful with comfortable beds and terrific showers. However, the kitchens in the apartments only had 3 mugs and 3 glasses. No plates, bowls, cutlery, microwave, tea-towels or dish-washing detergent which is unacceptable as the restaurant and bakery were closed. We couldn't convince staff to provide these. Also, there was no shuttle bus to the Phoenix ski resort unlike previous years.

Great value for money. Probably best ever. Room is bigger than I expected and building was biggest then I expected. Loved No-man continent store. However, it is a big regretful that all other facilities (Restaurants, Gym ) are not open yet. But considering price, it is fare and make sense.

Had to pay extra for shower soaps… room still had the hair of the previous person on tables/counter tops. Old water left in the water heater. Heated floor only works in the backroom. Heat in main room is either too hot or too cold; does not regulate well. Newish hotel that has let itself fall into disrepair. Not staying there agin.

環境與設備不錯，離雪場也不遠但服務待加強

旅館還在整理階段這個部分能理解也能接受，但櫃檯的服務實在太隨便了，而且旅館因為大雪結凍的門和道路，至少要清理一下，否則行李的移動和車輛都受阻，相當不方便。

프런트 카운터 불친절 주차장 넓음 방에 샴푸, 바디워시 포함 모든 어매니티 없음 샤워칸 내부 하수구 배수안돼서 샤워하는동안 발등까지 물이 차있음 배게에 머리카랑 있음(3개 확인) 이불 및 배게에 보풀 많아서 거침 3인실인데 샤워용 큰 타월은 1개 비치됨 방 내부 창문이 커서 외부 풍경 잘 볼 수있음 침대 옆에 콘센트 없음 자기 전에 불 끄려면 화장실 옆에 불 끄고 누워야함
