"This place was very nice. It was pretty close to the entrance to the walled city. There were a few pretty good stairs to climb (with luggage). It was difficult to find. I'll leave a pic of what to look for. Before you get to the place, you'll see a sign that says "GULAS", but at the actual entrance, it is in Greek. The owner was there waiting for us (even though we were later than expected). I wish I had gone ahead and paid when we arrived, as she was not present when we were ready to leave. I contacted hotels.com and they contacted her and she called me (via whatsapp) right away and we were able to handle the payment over the phone. It's a cute little place, with a nice patio and little sitting room. We watched the sunrise from the patio."

"This is a one of a kind stay! If you are visiting monemvasia, you should be sure to stay on the island inside the fortress. We loved our time here! Great hiking up to the church on top of the hill, beautiful views, such a unique little community. We loved our stay!"

"The suites are nicely located if you have a car as they are a 3 minutes drive from Monemvasia but also offer a pool. The suite we had was spacious for a family with 2 kids. Staff was very nice. I just wish the pool could open later than 6pm especially as sunscreen is not allowed "

"This is one of the best hotels I have *ever* stayed at. Beautiful rooms at a historic hotel in the middle of an olive orchard, a 15 minute drive from Monemvasia. The manager came out to meet us when we parked, knew who we were and brought us to the room prior to my coming to check in. The included breakfast the next morning was fantastic, huge variety of freshly prepared foods. Incredible experience, thank you!"
