"Property is excellent. It’s a bit of a trek if you take a car from Athens. I recommend taking a helicopter as it lands right at the property basically. Surrounding area is beautiful , great golf as well. "

"The house is brand new, but built with that old country vibe. The beach is walking distance, or very short drive.
