This 1,800 square foot cozy yet spacious beach home is just a short walk away from the ocean! Our home contains 3 large luxury bedrooms c/w queen size beds & en-suite, 1 regular bedroom c/w 2 twin beds. Optional foldable high density foam beds can be added to any of the large rooms. Your comfort and convenience during your stay are definitely well taken care of with 3 full bathrooms. Big screen TV, DVD player with movies, and in house Wifi internet are available for you to stay connected during your vacation. Our fully-equipped chef inspired kitchen is ready to satisfy any of your cooking needs. Enjoy the Clubhouse swimming pool, hot tub during the summer season, the fitness centre, games room, media centre, tennis court, and recreation picnic beach front area with a fire pit. A great holiday home with everything you need

We really enjoyed our stay at this home - we were there for a whole week and felt it had everything we needed. The kitchen is well stocked, the bedrooms are spacious and comfy and the swimming pool is great.

Wonderful family stay

We stayed here with 7 adults and 1 child. It was a wonderful time, the house was lovely and well kept, the rec center was fun with a pool table, the seashore was rocky but beautiful grass next to it and a place to BONFIRE! The only reason I gave 4 stars was the long inventory list to check during check in. They say you don’t have to do it but there is no other way to prove you didn’t steal it if the next person staying complains.

Wonderful Vacation

Pierre and Alex were wonderful hosts, allowed us to enter the property early on the day of check in and the house was stocked well with everything we needed. Qualicum Landing is a great location. Really enjoyed our Spring Break in their beautiful home.

Fantastic family vacation home!

Perfect for a a big family ! The pool, the patio and the rocky beach! What more could a family want to unwind! This is our second year staying here and we absolutely love it! A spacious, quiet and comfortable stay! We’ll be back!

Family Staycation

We had a short 4 night stay and enjoyed every minute. All the amenities we could want were available and access to a pool was awesome. Location is remote enough to feel like you are away, but close enough to get to all the attractions and activities.

Great place to explore from

The place worked wonderfully for our needs. Loved the beach at low tide. Pool was a nice treat for kids and adults. Property was clean. It could used a bit more and better seating in the living room. The outdoor patio set is a bit tired too.

Summer get away with family

great location - lovely big clean house plenty of bathrooms to accommodate all 7 of us. Its a gated community which feels quite and safe and clean - my kids loved the communal pool and hot tub and there's also a pool table - the rest of us loved the sunset ocean views from the beach which is a short 2 min walk within the complex. local area has plenty of attractions including fantastic sandy beaches at little qualicum and qualicum beach. would stay again

A lovely b n b in a convenient location for our visit only a couple of glitches needed attending to.

The home was very clean and neat, The location was perfect for our needs. But the GFI in two bathrooms (master and an upstairs bathroom)were not working, We were unable to use a hairdryer or flatiron in those bathrooms. Also the refrigerator ice maker was not working and there were no ice cube trays to make ice. We had to go to a convenience store and buy a bag of ice.We assumed that it would be impossible for our hosts to fix the outlet issues in two days and just didn’t try to get them to send an electrician at such short notice.

Lovely spot

House was clean and well stocked. A beautiful place. We spent tons of time at the pool and exploring Qualicum. Hosts were easy to get a hold of and very helpful. I highly recommend this house. Only downside was the upstairs twin beds were too hard. Kids had terrible sleeps. With proper mattresses or thick foam toppers it would be great.

Great relaxing getaway!

The house was great to stay in. Wonderful rooms with comfortable beds. There were many bathrooms and quality linens. Not enough glassware, but had a good variety of cookware. Enjoyed using the pool and walking to the beach. The beach was very rocky but normal for the area. Lots to do , but you do need to drive to most things. Would stay here again as the accommodation was great and location was quiet.

Location, location, location! Very spacious, well appointed and comfortable. Please note: the toaster is not working, there are no beach towels as per inventory and the Wi-Fi signal is quite weak.

Nice property and overall enjoyed our stay

Stayed for 4 days just after Christmas. Nice location and house. Few issues. Tv system was extremely hard to use Ice maker did not work. Bbq was disgustingly unclean Toaster broken but owner was quick to rectify In retrospect, we were disappointed to find that an oceanfront property in this resort which was better appointed was much less money and. In fact, half the price we paid.

Family vacation 2024

This was our fifth year in a row using VRBO for a family vacation with our grown children, their partners, and our granddaughter. We were very excited to return to Vancouver Island to explore all the gorgeous beaches and parks. We picked this location as it was close to all the places we wanted to go. Communication with the property manager was great and our questions and concerns were dealt with promptly. The house was as stated and had enough bedrooms and beds for our group of 8. Our only disappointment was the pool and the hot tubs were closed for the season, listing states open for the summer, but actually they close right after Labour Day. Although the beach is very rocky, our 2 1/2 year old granddaughter had a blast exploring the shore. It is a bit isolated and we knew that going in, so we would plan our grocery shopping trips with going to see other parks and beaches in the area. Overall we always have a good time being together as family and would recommend this house and complex, even though we didn't have the pool or hot tubs.

Great space for multi-generational families

This home was great for having a lot of space! They had two bedrooms near the ground floor entrance (one with ensuite and one with an ensuite that also connected to the hallway). Back of the ground floor opened up to main living space. Upstairs has two bedrooms and a bathroom so each family can have a separated sleeping area. The home had a good amount of things in the kitchen, but was missing oven mitts. There is also an opportunity to add a bit more furniture. The living room comfortably seated 4 people and given space could have added a love seat or second arm chair. The primary bedroom was huge and could have easily had a king bed and chair, but had queen and a desk with no chair. No pool towels. Not a big deal, but just some of my thoughts. The pool was great and the community had a nice big grassy common property by the beach. Would recommend the Deep Bay Marine field station if you have kids. A bit of a drive to parksville / qualicum for other attractions like the wildlife rescue center, mini-golf, and other beaches. Overall great stay in a large modern home!

This was an amazing property for a multi family getaway. The resort had all the amenities we needed - beach, pool, gym, and the house easily fit our group. The large grassy area out back was an added bonus.

The property was very well equipped and had plenty of room for 7 adults and a baby.The location was superb, only 15mins from Qualicum Beach, 30mins to Parkville and the house was located on a award winning housing development with beach access and a clubhouse containing a gym and a pool table with an outdoor an swimming pool and hot tub.

We love love love this bnb at Qualicum Landing!! The house is beautiful, spacious and clean, and the amenities around were even more amazing…beach, pool, clubhouse and the house itself was well equipped with all the supplies to make the experience wonderful! We are already planning to come back next August!
