"To begin with the welcoming lady was amazing, going above and beyond to make sure we understood all the locks and security. (I know realize she was working overtime, as they have limited guest hours). *** read that entire disclaimer as I didn’t come to realize we were very lucky. This wonderful lady stayed for our arrival, she didm’t have to. Gave us an amazing tour of the house and our room where John Wayne Stayed back in the day. Lots of stars stayed in this mansion. Room amazingly quite big with 4 poster king bed, seating, fridge, coffee, free snacks, snd water in fridge . The entire place and our suite was so clean, loved the extra service when we were out of the room. Such a beautiful gem, loved everything, we will be back! Beautiful partial view of golf course in front , with ocean in the distant view. Thank you. Ps we didn’t dine at the beautiful restaurant, next time we will make reservations."
