The two-story property includes private WiFi, TV, washing machine, and a baby bed upon request. Instead of traditional air conditioning, the house features a fancoil system connected to geothermal energy that provides sustainable cooling similar to air conditioning, helping maintain comfortable temperatures during the day when windows and shutters remain closed during the hottest hours.



    Step outside to your private covered terrace, ideal for enjoying the fresh air and your private grill. You also have access to shared outdoor facilities including a garden and outdoor pool for relaxing moments.



    Shared parking is available within the premises. Up to 3 pets are welcome to join your stay. Smoking and events are not permitted on the property. This accommodation charges per person with a base rate for the first guest and additional fees for extra persons. Pros: - Salzwasserpool - Terrasse und Garten - Ausstattung - super nette Gastgeberin - ruhige Lage - Natur Cons: - Wenn beide Duschen gleichzeitig verwendet werden, wird das Wasser nicht mehr heiß, aber immer noch warm genug um zu duschen.
