We initially stayed in a room that was in poor condition, particularly the bathroom and toilet, which were in an unacceptable state. The bedroom itself was just fine but very noisy. We then requested a change and were offered another room, which turned out to be even worse. After moving our belongings, we returned later that evening to find it had a strong smell of sewage, felt very stuffy, and was completely uninhabitable. Finally, we were moved to a third room on the third floor, which was an improvement in terms of cleanliness and condition. However, it only had one double bed, so I had to sleep on a mattress on the floor, which I didn’t mind. Unfortunately, the noise from the street—especially loud motorcycles late at night—was unbearable and made it very difficult to rest.
