"The Best Hotel Residence Italia is a great option if you're planning on visiting Cagliari and Quartu Sant Elena, or even for a stop over before moving on to other places in sout east Sardinia. It's super close to the Poetto beach, you can either walk there (15 minutes) and see the beatiful flamingos in the lagoon or take a bus (bus stop across the street) and get there in less than 3 minutes. The hotel is modern and clean. Our room was spacious and spotless as well as super quiet. There are many didining options within walking distance, and the breakfast buffet was great! The staff was super friendly and helpful. We'll definitely come back :) "

"Our room was big and comfortable about 18m2 (6mx3m) and a bathroom about 5m2. Shared kitchen was clean. Room was clean. I think there are 4-5 rooms total. There are 3 tables in shared outside area and this area was cosy and comfortable. There are lovely 3 cats in that share area. Location is good close to different bays and beaches. About 20km to Cagliari. There are supermarkets very close (walkable) and a restourant very closeby (maybe 300 meters) There are no eggs in breakfast but you can buy from nearby supermarket and add it. There were only 2 electric sockets in room. Price was also good compared to all these positives."
