"The space was great for our party of 11 - bigger then it looked on the photos. We really enjoyed the location and the common areas. Some complaints are that the pillows were awful - lumpy and uncomfortable.This house does NOT sleep 14 people. Our smallest person, a12 year old child, could not fit on the futon beds. Unfortunately the property was not clean, there were crumbs on the couch and sheets were missing, what sheets were there had hair on them , dirty socks etc. When I reached to the property manager , late night , the manager was responsive and immediately addressed it. "Great location. Everybody so helpful and friendly. We had our AC go out in the evening--and within 30 mins the front desk sent somebody up and moved us to a different room. Stayed for a total of 6 nites. Had the executive lounge which had awesome breakfast plus a really nice happy hour. Everything was spotless. Everybody was great. Will be back again someday."

"Pool was closed off with a small portion left open and full all the time. The pictures of the rooms are a big lie but the worst, every conversation that happens in the hallway feels like it's happening in your room. We were woken up multiple times during the night and early morning. You could clearly be part of hallway conversations in our bed. I could literally see in the hallway with the door closed as the door if not perfectly centered. The fridge is old and dated and BUZZED all the time. The tv was supper small ind like 14 feet away from the bed. The floor looked like it was water damaged and don't get me started on the walls and decor. As you can see, I traveled often and never left a bad review but I really feel like I got robbed this weekend. Nobody cares and I doubt this will go anywhere but we should not charge people above asking price for a hotel room in this condition and if you advertise a full pool with hot tubs, then this should be offered. When we left we were waiting for someone to ask us how our stay, and to no surprise, nobody did or care. Really bad place with people who don't care"

"Great experience overall. When they found out that it is our anniversary trip, they have included a beautiful gift for us. Thank you for the thoughtful gift. Awesome and central location for Old Quebec, room is very tidy and clean; wish there are more hooks in the washroom for towels; washroom is very stylish and modern but a bit less practical for two people sharing it; Courtyard is actually sealed off from outside elements, kind of a cool thing. Uber or taxi can’t drop off at the front, but it is still SUPER closed to the road side so that is never an issue. Restaurants below is also a big plus, as our stay happens to be during a number of thunderstorms, so not having to go out to find food that night helps a lot; inside the hotel it is almost as if there’s no thunderstorms at all; amazing! Overall an amazing stay; definitely recommend."
