"The space was great for our party of 11 - bigger then it looked on the photos. We really enjoyed the location and the common areas. Some complaints are that the pillows were awful - lumpy and uncomfortable.This house does NOT sleep 14 people. Our smallest person, a12 year old child, could not fit on the futon beds. "I’m super confused by people who rate this hotel as exceptional. It is mediocre. Expect stairs, If that is a problem go elsewhere. You have to climb stairs to get to the lobby. The walls are extremely thin both exterior and interior. It is not quiet. The grout/caulking in our tub/shower was pretty nasty - the worst I have seen in a hotel. The coffee machine in the lobby always had something that wasn’t working. The breakfast our last day was great, but very limited options the other days and quite dirty. This hotel might be a good option for budget travellers with low expectations (which we thought we were), with that said we wouldn’t book this place again. "
