Impossible de se faire rembourser. On a réservé une chambre "pet friendly". Arrivé sur place, ils nous ont refusé l'accès à l'hôtel pcq les 2 seules chambres disponibles ne permettaient pas d'animaux. On a dû réserver une chambre au Super 8, le compétiteur d'en face, qui nous a dépanner sans hésitation..

The coffeemaker worked some days and not others; I didn't report it. The fridge wasn't very cold but again I did not report it. Breakfast was very good and great to have an apple available later in the day.
