We really liked the stay here. Convenient to have our own little apartment. Location was convenient to the bus stop and walkable to convenience stores ( though the area across the street was a little questionable after dark ). The couch could have been more comfortable, and the TV is a little small for the space, but we really enjoyed the ease and security of a coded building / door with no desk process.

Clean, modern, and quiet. Excellent apartment for a 3 or 4 night stay. Location was a few kilometers from the old city but we were able to walk it without too much trouble. You are also close to a vibrant restaurant and shopping scene a couple blocks away. If we ever get back to Quebec we will surely stay here again. The corporate host was very responsive and communicated extremely well.

Super nice and roomy one bedroom apartment, even though we just used the kitchen to reheat food it had everything needed in case you wanted to cook something. Short uber ride to Old Town and Le Grande Allée even closer, recommend this area for nice restaurants

I loved the space… sitting in the window soaking up the sun rays is a nice way to enjoy the space, especially with a coffee/tea (many complimentary options) and a blanket. I also the liked the windows treatments where the amount of light entering is very custom.

This location is perfect and close to Old Town. Great unit and clean. Hosts were very quick to respond and check in is seamless. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Quebec City

They should add a kettle ... we used a sauce pan to heat water for tea ... tea was offered by the apartment. The location was about 20-30 walking minutes to everything in Quebec City ... so well located. The local restaurant La Cuisine was close and good food.

Spacious, clean and quiet apartment. Only shortcomings were a poor mattress and proximity to a shelter although the latter did not cause any issues. Parking is secure, directly adjacent and convenient to access.

Our accommodation was clean and the suite was lovely. It was close to stairs that lead up to the old city which was very convenient. There is over 100 stairs you need to be fit enough to climb them which was no problem for us. The only surprise was the social services located across the street where clients congregated, but they didn’t bother us as we came and went from the building.

In Quebec on business and this location was excellent to get to my meeting but also took the opportunity to walk this beautiful and historic city. Everything thing was perfect, even the little local restaurant "La Cuisine." Size of clean and modern room mote than I needed.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Clean and roomy apartment. Even though we ate at restaurants for lunch and dinner it is nice to have a simple breakfast when you wake. Full size and new appliances. Even provided some laundry detergent since the apartment we rented had a washer and dryer. Nice AC. Large living room. Dining table Good to walk each day, the neighborhood is 15 minutes walk to Rue St Jean with lots of restaurants (direct route has 100 stairs 😀). Another 15 minutes to walk to Chateau Frontenac. Use the back door to enter. The front door sometimes has street people hanging out across the street The neighborhood is quiet.

We stayed for 5 days with my family, the apartment was fantastic, comfortable, the room is very clean, spacious, communication to the host was easy! they answered all my questions, there is lots of restaurants nearby! and its near to Old Quebec. we enjoyed our stay! highly recommended! thank you.

The location was about 15 min to historic Quebec City and we enjoyed walking there. Apartment was new and bright and reasonably well equiped. The staff were helpful. We stayed in Spt. 301 and the cleaners had not done a great job. Bedside tables and lamps were visibly dusty and bath tub edges were really dirty (where bathtub and tiles meet). Also place was opposite a safe injection site, wuth lots of patients hanging around. We didn't feel safe walking back at night and always took an Uber. Were grateful for the underground parking, though spots were tight. I would recommend booking parking spots in advance. Having said that I would come back.

The staff here are incredibly polite and friendly. Everything is clean and well maintained. For a place on 77 St‑Vallier, you really can’t ask for anything better. I’ll definitely be coming back. Nice and very clean kitchen.

Apartment clean and well appointed. Looks as it does in the photos and host was very responsive and polite. We had an electric car and parking in the underground was easy with the parking spot that had charging option for a reasonable price. Comfortable king size bed in 206.

Super cute 2 BR apartment that served my wife, son, and I well. Great dining/nightlife options within 2-3 blocks. Onsite support was excellent when we had an issue with lost baggage delivery. *Only issue is that the local party/loitering spot is across the street—this meant noise on our arrival evening (Saturday). A white noise generator might have solved this issue.
