New condo on the 8th floor out of 12 fitted out with quality furniture/appliances. Help yourself to a good coffee in the morning thanks to our Nespresso machine before going to visit Old Quebec and its attractions, which are all about a 20-minute walk from the condo. Following a big day of discovery in the city, come back down to your condo for a swim and/or a late afternoon drink on our terrace with a view of Quebec City just before going to discover the good restaurants in the St- Rock.

Immaculate condo in St Roch neighborhood

The condo was extremely clean, fully-equipped, and modern. The hosts gave detailed instructions that were very helpful and very proactive and responsive to communication. We enjoyed the beautiful skyline view/sunset from rooftop terrace with pool. 20 minute walk to Old Town. We enjoyed exploring the cafes/patisseries in the St Roch area a short walk from the condo. Condo security was excellent, as it was a little concerning walking back at night.

Condo confortable et pratique

Location très sympa avec tout le confort et même plus ( assaisonnement pour les plats , shampooing, savon,mouchoirs, lessive,... )La piscine est bien chauffée c'est très agréable. Nous avons trouvé une supérette à 5mn à pied très pratique. L'hôte est très présent par échange de message on ne se sent pas abandonné ! Je recommande cette location située stratégiquement proche du Vieux Québec et proche de l'accès à l'autoroute pour les virées hors de la ville.
