This listing gives a unique opportunity for groups and families with 2 magnificient condos accessible on the same private floor. With 3 bathrooms, 2 fully equiped kitchens, 7 bedrooms including 3 king sized beds, 5 queen sized beds and one double bed, spacious living areas for gathering, everything is there for a marvellous stay in Québec city. Let`s not forget about the three private patios that offer a breath-taking view of the city and its surroundings.

The first condo offers all you need for a luxury experience with beautiful red bricks wall and a brazilian hardwood floor.

You will find 2 private bedrooms with a king sized bed each as well as a third private bedroom with a queen sized bed. The spacious bathroom is really accomodating for 6 adults. A baby travel crib is available upon request at a cost of $10 per night, maximum $50 per stay. There is also a state-of-the-art kitchen where you will be able to cook your favorite meals.

A big private patio will allow you to breath fresh air and enjoy the sun. There is also a relaxing fireplace area to chill and take a drink or simply read a book.

Finally, the perfectly decorated living room will take care of all your remaining needs during your stay. We would like to point out the stone wall which is the remains of the previous house`s fondation that burned during the great fire of 1870 in Saint-Roch. This is litteraly a piece of history!

The second two-story condo is where you will find the large living spaces which makes it perfect for gathering with families and friends.

The first story offers a magnificient living room, a dinning room and a fully equiped trendy kitchen to help you cook your favorite meals or simply bring back your takeouts after a long day visiting. There is also a beautiful bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with two queen sized beds. Additionally, you will find a patio with a table to eat out giving a towering look over Saint-Joseph street.

On the second story, you will find a lounge to take a drink or read your favorite book. There is also another beautiful bathroom with shower one bedroom with a queen sized bed and one bedroom with a king sized bed. We also offer a third bedroom that has one queen sized bed and one double bed, only accesible via another bedroom however. Finally, you will find another patio with a breath-taking view of both the mountains up north and the upper city down south.

The condos are a must-see if you are traveling with your family or with a group of friends in Quebec city!

The parking lot is a minute walk away. The address is 685 rue Sainte-Marguerite. It’s only 30$ CAD per day. You also have an unloading zone right in front of the condo, so you can drop your luggage and then go to the parking lot.

**The condos are situated on the third, fourth and fifth floors. You will need to climb two sets of stairs to reach them.

Saint-Joseph is probably the most attractive neighborhood on the city, it is urban and hip. Its central location will allow you to get anywhere very easily. Take a walk over St-Joseph and Saint -Vallier streets and enjoy the best offer of trendy bars, restaurants and boutiques. You have also many groceries stores nearby. Getting to the Old Québec and Petit Champlain is very easy from there. You won`t get bored with everything there is to do there. Indeed, it`s also close to the Central train station!

You can do everything walking. If you want to take the bus, you may find a stop very near over Charest street. You can get anywhere from there. Otherwise, you can also take a taxi or Uber, it`s very practical!

For those arriving at the airport, the apartment is just a 15-minute drive away.

Beautiful, clean apartments in a terrific location! Our group of 11 came for the marathon, and this place was the perfect home base. We especially enjoyed the outdoor spaces. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. It was very easy to walk into the old city and enjoy the attractions there, but there are many restaurants and bars right in the St Roch neighborhood. Highly recommended!
