This rental was advertised as an entire house, but upon arrival we discovered that the owner’s daughter lives in the basement. Because the sound insulation is very poor, we could hear almost everything, which meant there was very little privacy. We were also charged an additional fee for our dog, even though the listing states that pets are allowed. In addition, the living room furniture is outdated and quite uncomfortable. Had we known these details in advance, we would have chosen a different place. Communication with the owner was polite, but the overall experience did not meet our expectations.
