Great location with tons of restaurants everywhere! Great breakfast at the restaurant, close to all shopping, bus tours, seconds away from water view!
Beds were comfy, nice AC, as it was quite muggy during the summertime in July. Rooms had hairdryer, shower amenities as well.
The room was small but very comfortable. I had a wonderful stay, but unfortunately had to leave early due to a family emergency.

Pros: Great location nice included breakfast at the restaurant next door.
Cons: walls are thin so need ear plugs. No elevator so pack light.
Otherwise, it was a comfortable stay and a decent for Old Quebec.
Location was really good. plenty of options for eating out. Hotel breakfast was excellent. Staff very helpful.

The emplacement is perfect you are in the old Quebec and you have a lot of restaurants nearby! The only things is the parking you have the find a public parking and hopefully you will have one close to the hotel but you have a lot of choices for parking but keep in mind that you have to walk to go to the hotel
Our stay was very pleasant and unique overall. However, the layout was quite confusing, as the reception and guest rooms are located in two separate buildings. Parking was also inconvenient, requiring us to leave our car about two blocks away, which made unloading our luggage difficult.
There was no breakfast offered, but since the hotel is located in Old Québec, there are plenty of excellent cafés and restaurants within walking distance, so finding breakfast wasn’t a problem.

Yes the room was a little old and tired, yes the room was up three flights of stairs with no elevator, but the bed was clean and comfortable, the amenities good, the location fantastic and included breakfast great. Excellent value for the price paid.

Very modern but quaint ..very old ..loved it.
The only downside of course was taking our luggage up the narrow flights of stairs.
It was a perfect location for walking old quebec city.
The room was okay. It was clean. The bed was comfortable and the room had a refrigerator and a coffee making machine which was very handy. The TV only had sound on when the radio was played. In four days the room was cleaned once. The breakfast is great and the Sagamite restaurant is worth dining at least once. The hotel is very central for those who choose to walk. The only problem is when we came back from sightseeing we had to climb a one and a half flight of stairs to the room. The entrance is shabby could improve with a little TLC.

The room itself was clean. The bathroom was clean. There were lots of complimentary toiletries and lots of Keurig coffee pods.
The bed was comfortable.
The breakfast was delicious. It was a full breakfast with lots of choice.
The carpets & flooring in the entry, stairwell and hallways really needed to be vacuumed and cleaned.
It gives a poor impression.
However the room was nice and comfortable.
All around a nice location for being in the old city.

The location and charm were the highlights of this hotel. It is in a very old building, so it has what one would expect to be ‘old world charm’. The front desk is located in a separate building and is not readily accessible for things like coffee or quick questions. The rooms reflect a very European feel, small, quaint, comfy, aged. Cleaning is only done on checkout and some parts of the room have never been cleaned (i.e. the corners, fixtures and radiators)
Still. It is right in the heart of old Quebec City, breakfast is included in the restaurant next door on a set menu and it has the quaint charm of a European hotel. If you’re picky about service and cleanliness, go elsewhere. If you like to be left alone and can deal with a little dirt, check it out.
After reading many really bad reviews left by travellers last year on Google, I was kind of weary to book a room there. But since a friend of mine was already renting a room there for already a few days before I got there, he told me everything was fine and not to worry.
After checking in at the address besides the hotel, we were given our key, and made our way up some steep steps, along windind corridors inside this quaint, century old building.
Once in the room, which was small but functional, I first noticed how clean everything was; the bathroom was impeccable and rhe bedding tidy, just as you would expect.
I was happily surprised once I got in my room and it made our stay that much more pleasant!
This is a "self-serve" kind of place: there is no cleaning staff that comes and makes your bed and cleans the room every day, and cheking out is simply leaving your keys in a small basket before the exit door.
When checking in, you are given a breakfast coupon per day, which you have at the restaurant just below the hotel, and it did not disappoint: you have 5 choices of a fixed menu, like 1 egg, bacon, home fries, toast and coffee or yogourt and fruit, or crepes ( French, thin pancakes), etc.
The only thing that is missing is parking, which is available at a 5 minute walk, ar a public parking lot.
I would also recommend this place for its location, since you are right in the middle of the old walled city, which you walk into right from the hotel's front door!
