It’s historical and at the same time feels very modern with great updated facility. I love the tall ceiling and tall windows, and how spacious an quiet it is. We had an amazing stay at Maison Kent. The rooms are absolutely beautiful and extremely clean. The location is very walkable to all of the areas we wanted to visit. Even though there was no front desk, communication via text/call was excellent. Always prompt and helpful- we never had a problem reaching someone. Thank you for a wonderful experience! Was one of the nicest properties I've ever stayed in. Elevator, free laundry, 3 doors down from the Frontenac, beautiful furnishings, king size bed very comfortable, kitchenette, so very clean, I can go on and on. Not to mention it was the best price I could find in the area. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these UNESCO Heritage hotel to anyone.

Parking was the biggest struggle for us as the garage from the web description wasn’t available. We tried street parking on streets with no restrictions posted and still received a larking ticket. The hote itself is wonderful and the staff was amazing. They helped us through some issues we had with access, parking, and others. We will stay here on our next trip back for sure.
