Superb ground floor apartment with parking included located on 3rd Avenue in Limoilou close to all amenities. You can enjoy this superb district of Quebec with its restaurants, shops and bars all within walking distance. You have all the essential elements in this apartment with the typical character of the neighborhood.

The accommodation is typical of Limoilou's apartments. On one side, you will find the two bedrooms and the bathroom with a bath / shower. On the other you have the kitchen at the back with an island for cooking. You then have a large open area with the dining room and the living room which includes a sofa bed that can accommodate two people, the sheets are inside.
