Excellent Location

Our stay was very comfortable and the location was perfect for our two nights in Old Quebec. The parking spot was also very handy.

We enjoyed this apartment primarily because all our needs were met. Also, the space was large enough for two of us, and included access to a balcony in the back. In addition, the location was wonderful, right in old Quebec City. Finally, the host was phenomenal and answered my many questions. We would stay here again.

This location is in the heart of old Quebec City. The communication with the hosts was helpful, informative and they were quick to respond. The apartment was spacious for a family of four. I would highly recommend this VRBO.

Great location within walking distance of town and many sites. Host was not on site, but communicated well remotely. Be aware that there are very steep stairs leading to the unit and the bathtub/shower is built up on a platform, so requires a giant step to get into it. This wasn't a problem for us, but could be for some.This is an old building, so don't expect modern perfection (or any special treats from the host), but it has it's charm.

Cosy and Quiet Stay in Old Quebec

This apartment was perfect for our three-person family visit to Old Quebec. Cosy and quiet and tucked away on a side street right off the main tourist area, an easy walk to the main sights.

Our stay was great—communication, location, lovely apartment with a little terrace we enjoyed for meals when we wanted to cook for ourselves. We walked to the train station upon departure and found the location perfect when exploring the touristy part of Quebec City.

For a 1st time visit to Quebec City, it was an excellent place to land. Parked in a close by lot. Could walk all around the old city. Great food options. Saw some places Louise Penny mentioned in her mysteries. Host was simple to work with, which I value.

Central and very comfortable

My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary with a trip to Quebec City and this apartment suited us wonderfully. Situated in the heart of the town in an historic building, easy walking distance to attractions and good restaurants. Lots of amenities and communications with Fabrice were very easy. A truly memorable stay.

Perfect location, spacious, quaint apartment

The apartment exceeded our expectations! Location is absolutely perfect if you want to walk around old Québec city. Car is not needed and you can walk to train station (Gare du Palais) in 10 mins. Both beds were used and found to be very comfortable. It was so nice to have our own kitchen, and it was well stocked. . Highly recommended, Merci Fabrice!

Quebec City stay

Perfect location! Close to restaurants and shopping! Our host was responsive. Apartment was just as depicted. Only negative was the washer and dryer were located in a basement with a bad odor. Luckily, washing clothes was not necessary during our stay.

The apartment was very centrally located. It provided easy access to tourist sites, restaurants, and stores for shopping. Although it was cozy, it definitely is not appropriate for more than 2 adults. The bathroom is tiny and the decor could use an update.

Perfect home base for Old Quebec

My husband and I had a wonderful time exploring Quebec City from this perfectly located property. It’s right off Rue St. Jean with all the shops and restaurants, but very quiet. Easy to walk to all the sights in Upper and Lower Town. Parking garage is just up the street and owner provided a parking pass which covered the cost. Safe, comfortable, clean, and location is what I’m always looking for, and this property met all those criteria. Hope to make a return trip.
