Dear Mr. Mujee After you finished eating your breakfast. You were leaving to your roon with a huge amount of food. Our general manager advised you kindly that the food need to be consumed at the breakfast area. You throw all the food on the wall next to the garbage bin and you told to F*** her , A****le. I never heard something like this in my whole life from a customer. Now you have the guts to say that she is the worst manager. We will not autorised that king of behavior at our property.Don't your dare act like that again!

The room was comfortable and I loved the bed and pillows. Which brand is the bed? I really would love to know. And everything was in proximity from where I was going.

Not a bad place to stay but the woman at the front desk couldn’t go further out of her way to be so unhelpful. Very poor attitude and a general disregard for the happiness of the guests.

Beds are comfy and appeared clean. Pool and slide are great. The kiddie side isn’t operable. Breakfast is mainly cold options, but still lots of healthy options to take on the go if needed. We’d stay here again.

This hotel had a great slide for the kids. The breakfast was simple but was being refilled throughout the morning. They never ran out of any breakfast option that they offered. The staff was friendly. The only issue was they didn't clean the room during our stay. I normal don't care but we stayed for 4 nights. We really only needed towels and the garbages emptied. Besides that, the hotel was great for the kids and convenient location.

The hotel was relatively clean when we arrived; however, it seemed each day the hotel got worse and worse. Examples included 1) Our garbage was not picked up or replaced over the four days. 2) Towels were not replenished. 3) I had to go get toilet paper 3 times. 4) Hallways had garbage and clearly were not vacuumed. Hotel looked great on Thursday when we arrived, but did not look the same by our departure Monday.

Room 103 was clean, exept for the bed cover. Should be change and wash daily. It was brought to the attention of housekeeping and was replace with friendly service. Over all satisfied, employee was friendly and helpful when I needed help. Nice pool for kids. Would recommend to others

Bed sheets smelled like urine. Wasn't able to sleep whole night because of that strong urine smell. Was greeted at check-in by an employee who seemed frustrated or annoyed to work there.

We are very sorry to hear your comments, had you come to the front desk before leaving I the manager would have been happy to check your room and sheets and find a way to recompensate you, as you have chosen the option to be incognito i have no way to see what room you stayed in. We have never had comments regarding the smell of urine.
