The location was great. Rooms were clean. No storage space. Suitcase under the bed. We made it work. Coffee maker was a challenge. We crushed our pods several times. Minor details. Overall it was a wonderful place to stay.
Kitchen had all the basic tools. I don’t think anyone lives here so the kitchen has salt and pepper and now other spices. A few signs that building or maintenance have been quick but everything was functional. Building and suite were clean and easy to navigate. Check in required signing up through an external app. Quick walk to Old Quebec. There’s a giant set of stairs and a hill as well as a homeless encampment between the unit and the convention centre so coming and going from there multiple times during the day or after dark was less convenient (Google maps isn’t exaggerating with the 15 minute walk even though it looks so close) but our group of women never felt unsafe. In summary really good short-term rental but nothing outstanding.
Fantastic, clean comfortable condo in a perfect location. Only a short walk to shops, great coffee and amazing pastries.

A number of issues
While our phone calls during our stay were met with kind responsiveness, our problems were persistent and only partially/inadequately resolved. After our stay, there were no follow up customer service efforts, even after emailing the following details.
1. The air conditioning was not working properly and we spent over 45 minutes dealing with this by phone then with repair staff the first day. The tape used to secure the tubing was not sufficient and it broke off overnight, leaving us quite hot and uncomfortable and having to contact the staff again the next day.
2. We did not receive a garage door opener or any communication to anticipate this. After we called, we were provided a code and some instructions. This was adequate but required one of us to get out of the car going both in and out of the garage.
3. The only living room chair was broken and unusable even after the repair staff attempted to “fix” it.
4. Toilet seat in master bathroom was loose
5. Blinds were insufficient for light streaming into especially bedroom windows.
6. Unpleasant stains were on couch and on decorative pillows in one room.

Clean, but fix the air conditioning
While the condo was clean and spacious for a family of five, they need to fix the air conditioning to make it comfortable. The only wall unit was broken, so they put in a floor unit, except the air exchanger that is supposed to circulate the cool air throughout the condo didn't work. The bedrooms were unbearable for the five days we were there, making sleeping extremely uncomfortable. I left messages several times (no one called back), and messaged through the VRBO app for help, but they only told me to turn on the air exchanger. I asked for fans and they sent one. In addition, the remote for the garage was missing, as another reviewer mentioned below. I had to call to get a code in order to enter the garage. The TV also didn't work at first, as another reviewer mentioned. My son noticed a hole in the wall of the bedroom and shined a flashlight inside. The plug for the TV was in that hole and needed to be plugged in. Every other VRBO I've stayed at has had a guest manual. A simple note about the garage code or the obscure TV plug would have been helpful. Having to keep calling and messaging the owner was extremely irritating and inconvenient while on vacation. If you're staying outside of the summer months, then you'll enjoy your stay. The condo was clean and new, but they have to fix the air conditioning and provide common sense info for their guests.

It is a great place to stay. Very modern, newly renovated building that is very close to a Metro Grocery store.
It's a 20-25 min walk to all major attractions in Old Quebec City.
The bunk bed room are double bed size- not single- which really helped with a teenager in the room.
In nice weather, the rooftop patio and BBQ would be excellent!
Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay!
