Our family of seven enjoyed our stay here and had ample room. We walked to Old Quebec the first evening and had fun exploring the beautiful sites and flavors all within walking distance. We had a couple minor issues that were addressed promptly and our arcade game didn’t work in the room which was disappointing to the kids but they got to play a lot of foosball and we enjoyed going up to the top level to take advantage of the gym and terrace.
Though the apartment was beautiful, there were quite a few things wrong with the appliances. The washing machine did not work, the dish washer was not mounted to the counter top and fell out every time u open it. The stove was missing a knob, and one of the burners did not work. The golf arcade game was broken, there was only a Nespresso machine with no pods so we had to buy coffee every morning. I told the owner about the washer when we checked in. I asked if he could sent someone to fix but it wasn't fixed. I asked for a credit but was denied.
Great property in a convenient location with lots of bars and restaurants. Nice amenities like towels and linens, rooftop terrace, and gym. The garage parking spot is wonderful! For anyone traveling with parties who will also have a car, we were able to park the additional car in spots around the building without incident. Our property manager was attentive and quick to reply to any questions we had. Overall, a very pleasant stay!
Easy to get around Quebec City, close to restaurants, grocery stores and everything you need. Beautiful bedrooms and open plan kitchen, dining room and living room. Well equipped apartment and very clean.
My family stayed in this unit for five nights, including 3 teenagers. The teens loved it because each had their own bed and room and were able to spend lots of time playing foosball, laughing together and making fun of how poorly the adults play!
The condo had everything that we needed to make meals (we made a few since we’d already been away for 5 nights before arriving). The location was great, I would have liked to be a little closer to Old Quebec City, but it was exactly as described. There was a small market right behind the building and a barber shop. We had rented a car, so drove to a grocery store, which was also relatively close by. Our car was secure in the underground parking, which was so nice!! Communication with the host was quick and easy, they got back to all of my messages quite quickly, which is always appreciated!
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!!
Séjourner dans ce condo avec nos enfants pour la relâche a été facilitant pour nous. Le condo nous a permis de voyager en famille sans tracas. Autant pour sa cuisine, son salon, ses chambres, la laveuse-sécheuse. La communication avec le gestionnaire est facile et il est toujours là pour répondre à nos questions. Je recommande fortement ce condo.
