Our stay was fantastic! The hotel has a great location by the upper town just very short walking distance for majority of the attractions and restaurants. The hotel staff was very friendly, our room was marvelous!

Great older hotel. The staff was wonderful helping get the luggage up the stairs as there was no elevator in the hotel. The restaurant had a great atmosphere and decor. The food was very tasty and the presentation was beautiful.

What a beautiful hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. We were surprised that we had a cozy, private hot tub as part of our room. The hotel staff was friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. The hotel is centrally located to everything.

Everything is nearby, wonderful shops restaurants. The in-house restaurant was really good, the staff were excellent especially Sandrine. She was the best. The only downside is there is no elevator, but everything else made that a minor issue.

The people at the Auberge Place d'Armes were simply wonderful, friendly, helpful and couldn't have been any better. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the Old Quebec, just steps away from Hotel d'Ville where the parking is convenient and reasonable. La Buchette, the restaurant in the hotel is delicious and has the best poutine we've ever had! The hotel is lovely and a comfy nest for a mid-afternoon nap. You won't be disappointed staying at this beautiful old inn.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The weather was beautiful so we were able to sit outside at the cafe. Breakfast was very good , especially the bacon. Order it a little crispy. The bar manager was amazing and most accommodating. I would suggest leaving instructions for the coffee maker. All in all a wonderful experience and will definitely be back .

The entire experience is five star. The Bed is very comfortable and the rooms are very quiet and well apportioned. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Lastly, the food is excellent. Highly recommend for being in the middle of Old Quebec!

Perfect location to tour the city. Restaurants and shops all around you Steps from hoponhopoff bus stop and start of walking tours. Room very cozy. Helpful staff - helped with luggage, directions as needed, booked us a cab as needed. Would recommend!!

We loved everything about our stay at the Auberge Place. The room was spotless and very unique, the front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful, the restaurant onsite has delicious food, and the hotel is in a very convenient location. The only thing I’d like to suggest to others is to not book the loft if you have a mobility issue. The stairs were a great workout for us though.

Our room (Room 1) was very spacious and clean, with an excellent shower (multiple selection of sprays (handheld/overhead/straight) and plenty of warm water. Temperature was easy to control with both heat & air conditioning. Most of all, Sandrine at the front desk was very helpful and friendly with everything we needed, including reserving a taxi to the airport in advance! Merciful beaucoup again, Sandrine, we appreciate you! Location was also perfect to go to most restaurants and sites within 10-15 minutes walk!! Would recommend this place to anyone visiting Quebec City for the first time as we did and we hope to come back again for longer than 3 days next time!!

Property in a very old building that has been renovated. Quirky places, but still nice and clean. No parking in the area was a bit of a problem, as was trying to drop off luggage over the old cobblestone road. No elevator was a bit challenging. Restaurant onsite was EXCELLENT!
