Great hotel in a convenient, quiet location. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the accessible room features, such as the low-positioned light switches and the wider doorway for wheelchair access. I would definitely stay here again

I stayed at the airport Times Hotel last night in one of the executive rooms. The room was very clean, the restroom spotless and the shower was just perfect. It was quiet. One of the best things is that you can control the temperature and fan to your liking, and the system is easy to use and works well. The staff were helpful and pleasant upon check-in and spoke fluent English and French. It was a real pleasure to stay in this beautiful room! Be sure to give the Times Hotel a try on your next Québec City stay!

An Okay Stay, But Room for Improvement Overall, our stay was just okay. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and our suite was clean and comfortable. However, there were a few things that could have made our experience better. We booked through a third-party website, which indicated that breakfast was included in our reservation. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were informed that breakfast would cost an additional $12.50 per person. Considering how much we paid per night, this was disappointing and an unexpected expense. Although the suite was clean and spacious, it could benefit from having more drawers for clothing and a designated area to store luggage, especially for guests staying multiple nights. While we appreciated the friendly staff and clean accommodations, the unexpected breakfast charge and lack of convenient storage options took away from the overall experience. It wasn't a bad stay, but given the price we paid, we expected a little more. Overall, an average experience with room for improvement.

Check-in staff - very nice and friendly. Bed & linen - very comfortsble! That’s where it ends … not a lot of positive to say : Dusty carpeted room, water bottle you pay for, one coffee bag for two people ! No USB charger… I know it is not essentielle but is very common nowadays! Clesnliness - so, so! NO water pressure and no shower head. Not to mention the toilet paper - it is so thin that it dissolves before you finish !! I would suggest you bring gloves - for real!! Very disappointed - 200$ for a night that was not enjoyable !!
