room was pretty but the bed was hard as a rock. Had to wait forever for elevator and the breakfast was mid. The water quality wasn’t great and the only bar is the boston pizza. The location was great and staff was nice but poor service.

Pillows for main bed kept in a drawer (odd?) and no pillows for Murphy bed. When informed staff were quick to provide pillows. Complimentary breakfast was substantial and delicious but very crowded. But it was a Sunday morning.

I enjoyed my stay. The room layout was pretty interesting. While laying in bed you can see your partner having a shower through a glass wall You have to keep your key card in a slot next to the door to keep the lights activated Lots of restaurant options around My only bad review I’ll say for this place was there was only one elevator running at the time of my stay. So you would hop on and there would be a lot of up and down movement from the elevator trying to grab everyone before heading to the main floor

The studio unit was great option for my family of 5. It was very clean and moden. It just needs small renovations, e.g. there are scratched furniture walls etc. What I didn't like though was the breakfast. We were fed cold boiled eggs, no sausages, no scramble egg. The fruit salad was canned fruits. The pancakes seemed to have been bought from costco and warmed up for us. Please do somethng about this breakfast or have a price option with no brekafast.

Rooms were cute, Murphy beds were nice. The Boston pizza attached forget a few of our order items, the food was cold despite waiting down there for it, and it wasn't great tasting. Pool is great, much smaller than the pictures though. Breakfast was pretty decent

I recommend

We had a nice stay. The hotel is clean, the beds are confortable. Really sound proof, you dont hear your neighbour. My kids had an amazing time in the pool and the slide. The staff were really polite and nice. The breakfast had no bacon or saussage, scrambled egg or potato. Only the basic like toast, pancake, fruits, cereals and boiled eggs. The downside about my stay was there was only one elevator working and the hotel was full. The hotel should fix it. Overall, I recommend this hotel and I will probably go back.

We stayed here for three nights and loved it. The hotel was very clean. Our kids loved the pool and the splash pad. Is adults were disappointed that the hot tub wasn't a regular hot tub temperature and very weak jetts, more like a warm bath. It was also very inconvenient that we had to pick a specific time for the breakfast, meaning we had to set alarms while on vacation. The underground parking was very convenient, the elevators were extremely slow but we didn't mind waiting. The beds weren't very comfortable but the room was spotless and lots of space. The location was great. It was close to everything we wanted to do while on vacation. We will be back again.

3 things to point out 1. Elevators- you need to really fix the 2nd evertime it was a 5-10min wait for one and then it will always go the opposite direction. 2. Beds are really uncomfortable. Maybe opt to have a traditional matress rather than a memory foam. But room was nice and and was clean. 3. The breakfast was terrible. When you think breakfast at a hotel it usually eggs bacon sausage and waffle or pancake. Hard boil eggs pancakes that are not fresh. The edges where hard as rock. Yogurt would be nice that is not poured in a tray to scoop. Fruit that are not canned. Bread selection was fine though.

Average hotel

Great room, we had a queen bed, a murphy bed and a sofa bed. ( extra coverings, blankets and pillows would have been nice) The A/C did not function when we got there, they sent up maintenence and they got it goung but it was either too cold or too hot we could not get an average 20 degree. Young kids using the hottub as a wading pool was not enjoyable. Especially since there were several areas for young kids. Water buckets, splash pad and slide.and a great size pool. Breakfast was unchanged each morning, and congested to one corner, making for a bottle next of custimers. No trays to transport your food. And paper plates and plastics did not make it eco friendly. Only 2 elevators seem to work, and were consistently full, making the stairs at must..the stairwells were musty and poorly lit. Having a great location near the grocery store and eateries made it bareable.

Overall the experience was just ok. The kids loved the swimming pool area. I liked that the hotel is close to many fast food and shopping outlets. I didn’t like the breakfast options because they’re so limited: it’s basically fruit and toast. I found the evening reception staff not so friendly/helpful (I did not deal with the daytime staff). One was a bit rude when enquiring about meal vouchers, which contrary to what she kept saying, I was not given on check-in. The other, who checked me in, did not mention or give us the meal vouchers, was vague on how the parking worked (kept saying you can park out there for today, well what about t tomorrow?), and didn’t explain how getting from one end of the building to the other, can be confusing. Your room number might not be on relevant floor if you’re on the wrong wing of the building. There are no directions to the missing room numbers. We eventually figured it out, but after a long day of travel, it would have been nice to have this explained upfront.
