"Since there is only one elevator in this hotel, we decided to stay on the ground floor so we don't run into problems during check-in and check-out. The concierge assigned us a room at the end of the ground floor hallway. It appears to be an addition to the original building or separate section. The room has a 9-10 foot ceiling which makes the room look extremely spacious. It is the summer season so it is understandable that the amenities are crowded. We took the advantage of going to the pool and hot hub outside of the peak time. Breakfast was enjoyable. I particularly like the croissants at breakfast."

"This is a brand new property and it has been thoughtfully put together. Staff are obviously very proud of it and were very friendly and helpful. It's location is great - we walked all over old Quebec City. Only used our car to go further out."
