Nice Loft in Saint-Roch

Loft very well located in lower town close to everything. You will be less than 20 minutes from Old Quebec and in the heart of the lower town and Saint-Joseph Street with its restaurants, shops, bars and concert venues. You can do everything on foot and enjoy the attractions of Quebec City.

The loft is an open area with kitchen, dining room, the bed is in the center and a sofa to listen to the smart HD television with Netflix included.

You can move easily on foot and you have all amenities nearby.

The Saint-Roch district is in the heart of the lower town of Quebec, it is the place where all life in Quebec is found. You will find the concert venues there as well as a fine selection of restaurants, bars, shops and cafés.

very nice location of the loft, the street was animate and alive, many cafes and restaurants , safe and parking was not a big problem. We like the old style of the loft and the nostalgic old building. the loft was clean and the kitchen was fully equiped we found more than enough clean towels our stay in Quebec was realy nice, thank you

St. Joseph Est

Good Location- only 10 minutes to city centre. A litte sketchy in our area but it was fine. Apartment was a perfect fit for 2-we will be better prepared with our own blankets next time but really a good place. Parking rules were tough to navigate but that is not the problem of the host- just be careful!

It was incredibly difficult to find parking here. The area was very rough, did not feel safe walking at night. During the night it was very noisy and we heard several confrontations outside our window. The loft itself was clean and well decorated. It was comfortable and spacious for a couple people. We only stayed one night and felt that was enough.
