I truly had such a lovely stay here and didn’t want to leave! From the moment I arrived, Miguel made me feel genuinely welcome and taken care of. My room was spotless, cozy, and quiet; exactly what I needed to relax and recharge. I really appreciated Darryl, the welcome drink and the overall warm atmosphere. Susan was very helpful at our arrival and with responding to questions throughout our trip. There's been recent construction on a beach club that has changed the view of the ocean from the advertising in the pictures. Less open ocean and rock and more palm trees, still pretty and tropical. Swimming in the ocean at this property was not something we did during our trip as the ocean was very choppy and turbulent from the weather. You absolutely need to rent a car if staying at this location if you want to go beyond Mambo beach. I would advise this property is best for adults rather than children unless you upgrade to the VIP balcony suites or the Villas. You have to communicate with them in advance that you will need twin beds instead of King size. The villas are at a different location. Make sure to carefully review the description of what is included in the room type you are reserving. The pictures are a mix of all the properties: standard room, balcony room and villa.
