"We stayed at Sea Point location for a few days and the front desk and staff were very accommodating. Initially, there was an issue with the breakfast buffet which was supposed to be included; however, management was able to resolve it with the third-party booking party. I really appreciated the concierge at Protea Sea Point. Asa and Aqeela were very efficient and worked well with our group of 5. The Airport Shuttle was a fee, but the service was excellent...I would definitely use this hotel again!"

"Overall, we had a really good stay. The price was fair and the location was excellent, with plenty of great food spots nearby and easy access to everything we wanted to do in Cape Town. The hotel itself is a little dated and could definitely use some work in places. We had a couple of things that didn’t work properly during our stay, but the staff were fantastic. Whenever we had an issue, they were quick to come up and help us out, which made a big difference. All in all, a good experience. It’s not the newest or fanciest hotel, but for the price, location and great service from the staff, we were happy with our stay and would stay again."

"I couldn’t have asked for a better welcome and first night’s stay in Cape Town. The staff are delightful, friendly and attentive. The drinks were superb as was the food, and we loved our room both from a cleanliness and design standpoint. South Africa is very far away from home for us and this was a great way to settle into a trip which ultimately changed my life."
