"The property is fine - it’s a place to stay. Don’t expect luxury - the finishes reminded us of a hospital. But the staff were nice enough, although they had to find us a room when we arrived, despite our reservation made months prior. They did find us our room, and it a bad stay overall. It was clean and safe."

"Pictures are not true to the condition of the property and people giving 5 stars reviews are untrue. We came to know that property management gives 10$ Tim hortons gift cards for the 5 stars reviews and should not be trusted. Mattress lumpy and bed was making squiky sound with smallest movement, couldn't sleep. Bathroom didn't have basic things like toilet paper holder or proper lock. There was no heating in the room even though it was about 2 degrees. When asked for room heater, one provided didn't work. Had to press to get another in working condition."

"Quiet building. We booked the 4 room apartment with 2 bathrooms. Lots of room. Beds were super singles, I believe (longer than a twin). Not the best sleep, but what do you expect when your 58 and sleep in a queen. Bring your own fan for a/c as the rooms are a little stuffy. Good water pressure. Tv stations are basic cable. WiFi included. At check in you are presented with a piece of paper that shows wifi credentials. The funny thing is you are also given a description of how to use the shower 😂! I have never used a shower knob function like this one and the notes were helpful! I would stay again."

"We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The staff were super accommodating and helped me print some important paperwork while I was staying at the hotel. Breakfast was excellent warm, egg, sausages, pancakes, bagels, cereal, mushrooms, and stirfry vegetables every morning. The coffee was amazing. Overall an excellent choice"
