- Situated in the heart of downtown Queenstown, 11 Earl Street is a premium two-bedroom, two-bathroom luxury holiday apartment offering the ultimate in central alpine living. Just steps from Lake Wakatipu, Queenstown Gardens, and vibrant dining districts, this contemporary residence delivers effortless access to the best of Queenstown. Wander downstairs and you`re on the doorstep of art galleries, designer shops, and nearby eateries, bars and restaurants.
All children and infants are included in the total guest count - maximum number of guests should not exceed that specified on this listing, including all infants. Any bookings made exceeding the maximum number of guests will be cancelled.
A refundable security deposit will be charged to your card prior to your check in. This is a MajorDomo requirement of booking. The deposit value is usually equivalent to the cost of 1 night - we will advise you of the exact figure in your confirmation email.
