Summary

A two-bedroom apartment set on the 9th floor of the Oaks Shores complex with uninterrupted sweeping views of the Remarkables, Cecil Peak, Lake Wakatipu and beyond. The open-plan kitchen, living and dining area opens through a sliding door onto a private deck to take in the view, and features a gas fireplace, heat pump and a comfortable lounge with TV. The master bedroom has a king split bed, TV, wardrobe and an ensuite with shower over bath, while the second bedroom also has a king split bed and its own ensuite with shower.



The Space

A two-bedroom home on a single level, on Frankton Road between Frankton and central Queenstown. The living areas look out to uninterrupted sweeping views from the main deck of the Remarkables, Cecil Peak / Kelvin Heights, Lake Wakatipu and beyond.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with integrated fridge, gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher, extractor fan, coffee pod machine.

Balcony: Sliding door off the dining area to a deck with uninterrupted sweeping views of the Remarkables, Kelvin Heights, Lake Wakatipu and beyond.

Let us know your preferred configuration at least 3 days before arrival. Changes requested after this time will incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee if requested after check-in, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen.

Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms, and balcony.



The Neighbourhood

This apartment is part of the Oaks Shores resort complex on Frankton Road, right on the shore of Lake Wakatipu. It's roughly a 7-minute drive (or a scenic lakeside walk/cycle) into central Queenstown, with Frankton's shops and cafes close by the other way.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: No internal stairs — the property is on floor 9 and accessed via elevator from the bottom car park building

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 4 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
