Staff are extremely accomodating whenever possible. Rooms mid-sized for a city hotel with most toiletries and amenities provided. Free breakfast buffet with machine coffee. Walkable to town down a hill. Only issue is street parking which is almost impossible to find even in the quieter season, so expect to pay $25 a night to park your car here.

This was a great place to stay in Queenstown. The location is less than a 10 minute walk from downtown and about a block away from the botanical gardens. It's much nicer and more upscale than what people think of as a Holiday Inn Express - a lovely lobby, and nice new rooms (albeit an obscured glass bathroom). I believe the hotel is pretty new. It has a wonderful restaurant. I wasn't expecting the restaurant to be as good as it is. It's reasonably priced and the food is delicious. Everyone was very accommodating and friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

Very comfortable rooms, that were warm and very clean Good bathroom shower etc. Very quiet - no noise. Easy to walk to town centre. Very convenient bus stop if wanting to take bus to an from airport.

The property is central to queenstown and has parking. I booked primarily because i could park on the premises. When we arrived there was no parking. It should state on the website that parking is limited .

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Mandy who went above and beyond, hand delivered a note with recommendations for foods. Short walk to the mall and many good restaurants nearby. Rooms are spacious and clean and modern. Would highly recommend. Thanks team!

Property was very nice. Gayle (originally from France) at reception was friendly & very helpful when we arrived. Road to hotel was very busy. Walk to restaurants, etc wasn’t long but it was no fun climbing the hill when returning to hotel.

The hotel was in a good location for easy access to the waterfront, cafes, shops, etc. The staff were helpful, and the chef went the extra mile to cater to dietary requirements. Howver, the mountain view we had requested dud not live up to expectation. We were on road level with roadworks directly outside the window, and the bare face of the gondola hill - not the Remarkable mountains - so not remarkable. Also when looking for a light snack mid afternoon on one occasion, there were no suitable options for gluten free - so again, disappointing and a loss to the hotel as we took our dollars off site.

Everything was good. The room is big and clean and the free breakfast is convenient. The only downside of this hotel was that the queue for checkout was unnecessarily long. There was not enough staff to facilitate check out and the process caused frustration amongst guests.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect only a short walk into town. The bus stops were located directly outside the hotel. Delicious buffet breakfast. Our room was clean and tidy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will recommend this hotel to friends when travelling.

Great view from room and very good breakfast. Room was comfortable. We were disappointed that parking was unavailable despite description stating parking was available so be prepared to park on the street. Some staff seemed like they were brand new and not fully prepared to provide services which led to long waits for something as simple as a bowl of ice cream!

Generally the hotel and room were good. Seemed a lot of confusion during check in and checking out as to what had been or not (applied to a lot of customers!!). Biggest disappointment was the housekeeping - room was never properly cleaned (dust everywhere that appeared on your clothes if you put something down and bed sheets never changed even though we stayed 4 nights and were promised they would be changed!!!)

The hotel is very well located near the downtown. It has very limited parking space, had to park on the street a few blocks away.
