The view simply takes you in….the open glass front from all three levels means you are forever embracing the surrounding hills of the Remarkables ranges, Kelvin Heights and Lake Wakatipu. It is a view like no other.

This villa will make your stay in Queenstown a stay to remember - with direct access to the lake below, an easy (and enjoyable) walk into town, and the interiors of the villa itself is at the high end of the scale - aiming to create comfort but also creating spaces that work perfectly for groups of all sizes.

There is plenty of room for everyone if travelling in large groups with this split level home with views from every level.

The Space:
Our brand new four bedroom villa has been Architecturally designed to maximise enjoyment of the amazing scenery but also enables large group or a family with space when relaxing.

The master bedroom is situated on the top level and includes a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite plus a wall mounted TV.

Next level down is the living level with an open plan kitchen / dining and living space with floor to ceiling glass sliders that open up completely to the view beyond . A balcony adjoins this space with modern and well configured outdoor furniture. The living room has a generous and modern curved corner sofa that is made for lounging on (whilst taking in the view) in front of an Escea gas fireplace and large TV.

Downstairs has a further 3 bedrooms with King beds in every room - and two of these can be split into singles if required. There are also another two bathrooms downstairs - one is the ensuite to one of the large bedrooms and the other serves the other two bedrooms. Both these bathrooms have double basins and underfloor heating - providing the ultimate in luxury.

There is also ample wardrobe space in each bedroom which will accommodate a short or longer stay. The spaces have been designed to make you feel like you are at home.

A few housekeeping matters:

- The home is designed for warmth with discreet in-wall heat pumps throughout and underfloor heating in the bathrooms.

- The kitchen has every appliance necessary to create your perfect dinner party.

- Bedrooms can be set up with 4 king beds or two of the king beds can be split. So 4 singles and 2 king beds.

- High speed Wifi throughout.

- Laundry with WM and dryer upstairs in the garage

Guest Access:
We aim to create an environment where you and your family can enjoy all the comforts of home. Please feel free to use everything in the property and make yourself at home - our house is your house.

To gain access to the property you will require an access code which will be emailed to you prior to your arrival. Please ensure you make contact with us prior to arriving to make sure we have your correct email details.
With the close proximity to town and Queenstown's many attractions, you will be able to come and go as you please.

The modern kitchen is equipped with all the essential items you will need to cook a great meal during your stay, and you will be able to enjoy complimentary coffee & tea.

We prepare the house before you arrive, providing you with fresh, clean premium linen and towels. During your stay the villa will not be serviced. If you require servicing during your stay, please arrange this prior to arrival and we can advise you of the charges involved

The Neighborhood:
Enjoy all that Queenstown has to offer such as the world class ski resorts of Coronet Peak and Remarkables - Just 20 minutes will have from the driveway to Coronet Peak's car parking!

Getting Around:
The Villa is conveniently located on the lakes edge in popular Queenstown Hill , just a 3 minutes drive from the centre of Queenstown and 10 minutes from Queenstown Airport.

During your stay our guide book will provide you with our personal picks of activities in Queenstown and the surrounding areas as well as our 'Pro Tip's' to save you time and money.

For your convenience we have available a port-a-cot & high chair to make your stay more enjoyable for the whole family. Please discuss any of these extras with us at time of booking. These are available at no extra cost.
