Explore the scenic walking tracks around Lake Wakatipu and take in Queenstown's breathtaking scenery, or set out on your bike and discover some of New Zealand’s best mountain biking trails.

Getting Around:
Drive time to town is approximately 3 - 5 mins. There are also many walking tracks close by. Either down on the lake edge or for the more adventurous head up to the Ben Lomond summit!

We understand that travel plans can be unpredictable. So we do our very best to offer flexible check-in and check-out times, when feasible, that allows guests to relax and make the most of their time without feeling rushed or inconvenienced. We own the cleaning company that services the villa’s. If we can push a clean to give guests a late check out and it’s not a back to back booking we do it. If we cant we offer free bag storage so guests can go enjoy their final few hours having a late breakfast or lunch with carting all the luggage!

There is a 3% processing fee for cancelations regardless of cancelation policy.
