Relax in the charm of our refurbished holiday apartment, offering not one but two inviting balconies to soak in the breathtaking vistas of the remarkable mountain range. This spacious apartment boasts 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and open-plan dining, kitchen, and lounge area split over two levels and heatpump/Air-conditioning in all the rooms and living areas.

Our home has everything you need to make your perfect Queenstown holiday memories.

We live locally, so if you have any issues during your stay we will do our absolute best to address them and ensure your stay is wonderful.

Experience the charm of our newly renovated holiday apartment, featuring a beautiful kitchen equipped with all essentials, including a Nespresso machine, soda stream, and induction cooktops. Take in breathtaking views from the balcony while enjoying a glass of Central Otago wine. Cozy up with a book or movie, revel in lake and mountain views, gather around the dining table, or explore Queenstown central for year-round fun.

Families will find delight in our thoughtful amenities, including surprise kid's toys, a baby gate, feeding chair, play mat, and a porta cot with a foam mattress. For added convenience, a washing machine and dryer are at your disposal. The apartment is conveniently located above Fernhill Corner Store, Chur (the best fish and ships in QT), and Lokal (restaurant). An inviting sunbed upstairs offers a perfect spot to relax and soak in the surroundings.

Nestled in the great suburb of Fernhill, our property provides an escape from Queenstown's bustle while remaining close. Enjoy beautiful walks, access to mountain bike and climbing tracks, and easy access to public transport or a short downhill walk to town. An Uber ride costs approximately $12-$14, and a bus fare is only $2 per leg. With a quick 20-minute drive to Coronet Ski Field, or the airport our home is ideal for a ski holiday. Parking is hassle-free with free street parking always available.

Bedding Configuration:
2 Doubles (one upstairs and one downstairs)
2 King beds that can be split into 2 singles (one upstairs and one downstairs)
Requests to split the beds must be made two weeks prior to booking due to linen hire.

1 Dog is allowed, The dog must not sleep on the bed and not be left alone for more than 4 hours at a time inside. We can recommend a dog walker if you have an all day activity.
Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the property.
You are welcome to have guests, but no partying is allowed on the premises.

A maximum of 8 guests are allowed. At least one guest must be over the age of 25.

Rules

Guests must be over 25years old to book. Guests must not be younger than 25 unless travelling with a family. The quiet hours are 10pm to 7:30am daily.
The house must be left in a tidy state, any damages to furniture, fittings and linen will be charged. The door must be locked on exit.
If guests are not checked out by 10am a $80 late fee applies and door must be locked on exit.
