With unparalleled views of the Remarkables Mountain Range as well as the Kawarau River, this is a property that offers a combination of convenience, location and views. This brand new apartment is set to accommodate business travelers or friends as the bedding configuration offers flexibility if required.



Our property offers a stylish retreat with one spacious bedroom and a modern bathroom. The fully functional kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need, complemented by a heat pump for year-round comfort. Unlimited Wi-Fi ensures seamless connectivity throughout your stay. For added convenience, there is a washing machine and dryer.



After a day of exploring, relax on the balcony and enjoy the breathtaking views. Whether you're hiking, mountain biking, skiing, or enjoying Queenstown's famous dining, this studio is the perfect base for your adventures year-round.



BEDDING CONFIGURATION:

Bedroom 1: 1 King Size Bed Size That Can Be Split Into 2 Singles



*Please let us know at least 3 days prior to your arrival. If you decide that you want the beds prepared differently to the standard configuration AFTER you arrive, there will be a charge of $100 per bed. This is for our external cleaners to come and arrange the beds and put all new linen on.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
at apartment in a convenient location, fully stocked with everything you need. The view is spectacular, and having a dedicated garage parking space was a big plus. A car is definitely needed if you plan to get around and explore. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Queenstown.
