Welcome to Te Awa Villa, a modern and affordable two-bedroom home offering high-quality accommodation in convenient Frankton.

This compact 75-square-metre villa includes two queen bedrooms, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, private laundry, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, heating throughout, air conditioning in the living area, a small backyard with BBQ and one allocated onsite car park.

The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area is downstairs, while both bedrooms and the only bathroom are upstairs. The beds are prepared with commercial-grade linen, and the bathroom includes spa-sized towels and Ashley & Co products. Please note that the stairs may not suit guests with limited mobility.

A washing machine and dryer are provided, along with complimentary access to communal drying rooms for ski and outdoor gear. Self-check-in is available using a digital door lock, with a digital guidebook and access instructions supplied before arrival.

Te Awa Villa is located in Frankton, approximately 7 km from central Queenstown. Five Mile Shopping Centre is next door, Queenstown Airport is around five minutes away, and the nearby Frankton Bus Hub provides public transport connections. The location also offers convenient access to The Remarkables, Coronet Peak and the wider Queenstown area.

The villa is not within walking distance of the CBD. The drive generally takes around 15 minutes but may be longer during busy periods.
