"We stayed in an ensuited double room, which was small but neat and clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped (though cutlery was a bit scarce!) and generally clean. Staff were friendly and location was good. Would definitely stay here again."

Amenities were spot on with a fridge and able to cook in the room as needed along with a restaurant on the resort to keep things easy. Accommodations with the staff with needs were attended to swiftly and everyone was extremely friendly "

The apartment is very clean & well-equipped, plenty of space for two people, came with complimentary tea, coffee & biscuits, and we could store our luggage with at the Reception on the day we checked out. Very happy with the service, would definitely recommend Pinewood to our friends & families!"

"The modern room is large with power points where you need them, a well stocked kitchen with dishwasher and real Nespresso maker and delicious coffee pods, and a large convenient bathroom with storage space for toiletries. In addition, the hotel generously and conveniently stored our bikes in a secure room in the parking garage for a week between our stays. Staff was very helpful. When we returned and did laundry in the room washer/dryer, unfortunately the dryer function did not work. The staff dried our clothes in the morning and extended our check out. Very convenient, easy, and luxuriously comfortable hotel in which to stay."
