It required a part which could be ordered from San Jose and would arrive on the Monday. That was week 1 and we would be back on track for the last 2 weeks. "My family really enjoyed our stay! The facilities and the unit are super nice and the beach is just steps away. Walkable to a few restaurants. Close to the town of Jaco. So many fun excursions to do nearby. We had a great week. The unit has beach chairs and pool floats as well which was very convenient. A nice roof top deck to watch amazing sunsets!"

"Overall good property, however Appliances were definitely on the lower quality end of the spectrum. Water took forever to boil on the stove. Water pressure was terrible in the master shower. Location was good and security on the property was very reareassuring."
