Villas Mono Titi are Manuel Antonio's newest luxury real estate, and located within Rio Mono is a unique place in Manuel Antonio.

The name is given the due to the daily visit of the local squirrel monkeys (Mono Titi)

Options to rent individually or together as a 8 bedroom estate.

Huge pool, sundeck, rancho and barbecue, with sprawling landscaped grounds full of monkeys and wildlife each day.

Each villa is equipped with one master bedroom (king bed), and one guest room (queen bed). There is a full kitchen, eat in breakfast bar, dining terrace and living room

There are a total of (4) Villas complete and available for rental.

Floor to Ceiling Sliding Glass Doors let the Beauty of the Rainforest spill through to your Designer Furnished Villa Interior.

The dining area has a perfect view on the Jungle, that is around the area, so you can enjoy some visitors from the jungle now and then.

We are minutes (3 or less) to all of the area's attractions, including Manuel Antonio National Park and Beaches, Playa la Macha, Playa Biesanz, Marina Pez Vela, worldclass restaurants, shopping and nightlife.

We would be more than happy to assist our guests with their airport transfers, planning local tours/activities, scheduling in-home chefs for your special event or daily meal, making recommendations for spa/salon services, restaurants and more.

We thoroughly enjoyed this rental and its location was excellent to restaurants, Manuel Antonio National Park and great beaches. Loved the privacy of this location and that you can observe so much beautiful wildlife while have breakfast on the patio. The pool was well kept we enter using it everyday.

Wonderful Stay at the Rio Mono!

My family stayed at the Rio Mono while visiting Manuel Antonio National Park and greatly enjoyed the 2 bedroom condo we rented. Johan was very easy to communicate with in advance of our stay using we arrived at the property. A few bumps up the road but everything was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again!!

Lovely property

My family stayed here for the second part of our trip. The property is beautiful. You are nestled behind the busy road in your own world. The kids enjoyed the pool and it’s a plus it was open until 10. I highly recommend you booking this for your stay. Johan was very helpful and communicative throughout the process and even greeted us upon arrival.

Great place, excellent property manager with great communication. Lost a star because the washer and dryer was dirty enough to be unusable until we cleaned it ourselves before using it. After using it, some of our laundry got ruined. This was unit three I believe. The unit next door has a better washer and dryer—not a combo appliance.

Paradise off the Beaten Track

Directions to the property were sketchy but once there great property. Pool is uniquely designed but unfortunately I have mibility challenges which required the help to get a ladder so I could exit. Sink in bathroom is very high and a challenge to use. Despite all setting is divine.

Very Tranquil Setting

My husband and I stayed at this property 4 nights the first week of March in order to be close to Manuel Antonio. It was exactly as described in the listing. Especially enjoyed the back deck with the jungle setting where we enjoyed morning coffee and seeing lots of birds. Johan, the property manager, was amazingly helpful with info about the area and a wonderful person in general. The owner is very lucky to have him to take care of this property. Our only complaint is the very uncomfortable couch, everything else was outstanding. We will be back and will definitely rent here again.

Good access to nature

The location is interesting with monkeys and birds in the wild back yard. The pool area is relaxing. Working with the property manager was easy and he’s very responsive. The rooms lack storage of any kind and the kitchen is under stocked (eg no roasting pan for the oven) and some of the furniture is worn out. We cooked many meals though and worked it out. We also found the drive up to the property extremely rough and steep. Still, it’s a good value and location for visiting the area.

Valle Pura Vida

This place is very nice. The pictures that they show us on VRBO must be when it was brand new. The place is pretty but needs some touch ups. The pool was nice, but that too needed to be painted. There was no toaster and we ended up with a grill to make toast. Also, one thing we didn`t like was the cockroaches in the kitchen. The rooms were very comfortable though. This place is very safe also. The place looks bigger in the pictures than it actually is.

Unfortunately we were somewhat disappointed. The online pictures look fantastic but once there reality sets in and you start noticing the deficiencies. There’s no microwave or toaster, l lot of water damage and the pool needs to be refinished.

The pictures were outdated of the property. The property is run down and needs maintenance especially to the roof and some of the patios had construction items.The property was of the beaten path and found out a lot of Uber’s don’t like to pick up out there due to the road and entrance.

Beautiful area

The jungle feel of the area was amazing as was the wildlife we saw during our stay. Overall, our experience was okay however, there is some deferred maintenance that needs to handled in the units and by the pool.

A big thank you to Johan for being such a wonderful host from the moment we arrived to the moment we departed. The property is as beautiful as the photos. There is construction going on due to expansion from 7 am - 4 pm but it did not bother us at all as we were up and about. The property is extremely close to core downtown Quepos and a few minutes drive to the beach and Manuel Antonio national park. A lovely place to stay. The only warning I have is be careful of the roadways going in and out of the protected property as it can be a little bumpy.
