Our stay at the Best Western was mostly functional, as we used the hotel mainly for sleeping. On the day of arrival, we did notice some cockroaches in the bathroom, and the hotel itself feels old; the door to our room had visible cracks, which stood out. Breakfast was acceptable; nothing amazing, but nothing bad either. One positive aspect is the private parking lot owned by the hotel, located across the street, which is secured with a metal door and lock and has space for around ten cars. Another big convenience is the location, as many tours offer pickup directly from the hotel and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Wonderful hotel!

I was pleasanlty surprised by the quality, how clean the hotel and rooms were. The beds were comfortable and the balcony had a wonderful ocean view. I would stay here again

The staff were friendly. We had an issue where our room was located as it was near Main Street quite noisy so they accommodated us and moved us to a much quieter area of hotel.

Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Great air conditioning inside the room. Breakfast is good. Perfect location in Quepos. Lovely pool area. Would stay here again if visiting Quepos again.

I stay at this hotel every Christmas. I love the location and the hotel it's self. THe hotel is very clean and full of smiling faces. The restaurant on the third floor offers a Buffet style breakfast and it is delicious.

The staff is great! They deserve a pat on the back. Parking was easy, but we were able to get a spot in the hotel’s parking lot which is limited.The breakfast was good. The shower in our room could be replaced, but this was not an issue to us. Overall, it is a great location if one is going to Manuel Antonio National Park. There good restaurants within walking distance.

The restaurant was also really good, food and service staff very kind and professional. In general, I recommend this hotel if you are visiting Quepos and Manuel Antonio.

The front desk was AMAZING! We stayed at this hotel because our tour company picked up from here. It was clean, air conditioners worked, and they accommodated us with a late check out as well as a bagged breakfast to go. It was mid week and I had no problem parking in their small lot. The area around the hotel was a bit sketchy. No beach... It's a marina area.
