A-MAAAAZZ-ING!!!!!!

Words cannot describe how beautiful Vista Hermosa is! We had an amazing time with 16 friends for the week. Our concierge, Susan, was great and very responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay. The chefs, Kenneth & Adrian…….TOP NOTCH! Every single meal was amazing & the presentation was beautiful! The views were unbelievable and accommodations were excellent! We would definitely like to stay again!

Best Couples Trip!

We absolutely loved this property! It was beautiful and so well kept. Everything was organized and clean and the staff were all top notch. Any request was handled and there were no issues with meals or schedules. Major props to both Susan and the chefs who had us eating like royalty all week. I would highly recommend this house!

Comfortable getaway- feels like you're at home

Vista Hermosa is a beautiful property and location. The chef prepared the most incredible meals for our large group. The concierge happily coordinated all of our activities and even shifted items around throughout the week as needed. We highly recommend this vacation rental- we would definitely visit again. Pura Vida!

Simply Extraordinary

I stayed at this property with my wife and 15 friends and I couldn't imagine a better experience. The location is perfect being a short walk to the beach. The coordination with the concierge with everything we wanted to do was above what one would would expect. The food was absolutely incredible. Each meal outdid the previous. I would stay at this property again in a heart beat. It was incredible.

"Piece of heaven"

My husband and I with other couples stayed for 8 days at this luxurious property in Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica. No detail was left out in this super spacious well-maintained estate with perfect views throughout and the amazing infinity pool. We enjoyed the comfortable accomodations with our awesome balcony view. We highly recommend you visit and enjoy this "piece of heaven." RNY

Vista Hermosa is a dream!

This property is truly a dream! The house is gorgeous and the staff goes above & beyond. The views are breathtaking and the wildlife is surreal. We awoke to the sounds of the howler monkeys every morning and were visited on the deck each day by the squirrel monkeys. We were totally spoiled for the week by their wonderful team. Javier & Karina in particular are amazing! The food was beautiful & delicious from beginning to end. Can't wait to go back!

Amazing Vacation

For our entire group of 16, this house was not only everything we hoped it to be, but also exceeded our expectations. Javier and Jose made delicious meals and were absolutely wonderful people. Isabella and the rest of the team that kept the house in perfect condition were a pleasure and they even spotted a sloth in the tree and a whale in the ocean for us all to see. Susan helped get all the excursions booked and coordinate extra needs once we were there. It was a unanimous decision, we will all be back again!

Top Flight

Can not even begin to describe the wonderful time the 10 of us had at the villa. From start to finish it was a first class experience. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, the views were beyond fantastic, accommodations 5 star and the food scrumptious. Can't complain about a thing. We sent several people to the Web site. Hope it does not get overpriced for the area. We would love to come back.

Amazing place in a wonderful country!

Spectacular huge 4th floor with views of the ocean, the mountains, toucans, and monkeys! It was the gathering place for our group of 13. Read a book on one of the many balconies, eat lunch or dinner, swim in the infinity pool, hang out by the bar, or crank up the bluetooth outdoor stereo for an impromptu dance party-----all at the same time! Something for everyone and plenty of space. Of particular note was Chef Javier and wife Carina. Talented and charming. Our meals were wonderful and tailored to our group. A pleasure to be around. We are even Facebook friends now....highly recommended!

Vacation in paradise

Vista Hermosa Estate is definitely 5* plus! Every detail has been thought of, from the coded locks on each bedroom for privacy and a safe in each room, to the loaded ipad on the top deck for music and beach accessories like chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards. The infinity pool on the top floor is outstanding, I could stay there all day. The staff are top notch, great at what they do and very friendly. Every single meal was delicious, housekeeping kept everything spotless and our concierge was friendly, always available and ready to help with the answers at her fingertips. I would not hesitate to recommend this property. (this is not the property for anyone with mobility issues as there are a lot of stairs)

AWESOME HOUSE & GREAT EXPERIENCE!!

I have been traveling to Costa Rica for close to 15 years and this house was one of the best in the Manual Antonio area. The house easily accommodated our group 14 adults with one bedroom not used at all. The entire staff was amazing...I wanted to bring the chefs (Javier and Karina) back to the states with us!! We did several excursions just to further explore the area but there is no real reason to leave the house. The house has its own 5-10 minute hiking path down to the beach which is VERY uncommon for most homes in Manual Antonio. We booked with Don at CRVacationproperties.com and he was very accommodating to all request. If you are traveling with a large group you cant beat this property.

Serene and beautiful beach villa

Our visit to Vista Hermosa was fabulous. This large home is well appointed and not over done. The home is open and airy. It is like staying in the rainforest while having the comforts of home. The owners have thought of everything. The full time staff makes it especially easy. Chef Javier and Hillary were personable and professional. They were extra accommodating to our dietary needs and large number of family members We would definitely recommend this property to friends and other family members. Our only caution would be that it might not be appropriate for families with toddlers or small children due to the large amount of stairs and balconies. We hope to return soon!

Dream vacation is putting it lightly!

The location of the property, its proximity to the town and beaches were absolutely awesome. Private walkway to the beach by means of walking thru a beautiful mini-rainforest with wildlife like howler monkeys, horses and every colorful bird imaginable. The rooms are hard to explain... much nicer than any resort, but cozy like home. Air conditioning was beautiful :) and the showers offered a beautiful picturesque beach from the large sun windows. The chefs became friends with our whole family and offered service, insight and a whole lot of laughs along the way. The pictures do a great job of showing you EXACTLY what to expect... nothing but pure beauty and supreme relaxation. Pool is the perfect size, the the GINORMUS deck is where our party of 20 hung out when we weren't at the beach or on an excursion looking at whales on the catamaran. If you only go to Costa Rica one time... this is THE place to stay!

Pure Paradise

We had a fantastic week in Costa Rica! The pictures of this house do not do it justice...you can't truly capture the beauty of this incredible home unless you see it in person!! The layout is perfect for large groups with plenty of room for everyone. The pool is beautiful! The short walk to the beach was a fun adventure everyday seeing what animals we could find on the way. The monkeys visiting us during our morning coffee was an experience none of us will ever forget!! Every aspect of our trip was perfect. Shiona was a big part of making this trip such a success! All of our excursions, even a last minute parasailing adventure, were fantastic! The household staff were wonderful and so accommodating! The attention to detail and helpfulness of everyone made our week a joy! Special shout out to the chefs who became extended family for the week and treated us so wonderfully! The food was delicious...every single meal was out of this world! We can't wait to go back! Pure paradise!!

Coastal Paradise!!!

We arrived at Vista Hermosa with 4 other couples, our expectations were high after carefully reviewing all the properties that fit our criteria in Manual Antonio, and deciding on this one based on all the excellent reviews and of course the photographs, photos have however fooled me in the past not this time! the pictures can not come close to doing anything about Vista Hermosa justice, it is 10 times better in person! The sweeping ocean views are breathtaking, the house is exquisite in every way, Private Chef Javier prepared delicious healthy fresh meals that were better than any restaurant around, we were spoiled in every way, the beach is a quick walk down the private trail and it is Beautiful and quiet! hardly anyone around, you can walk down the beach 15 minutes to town and Bars and Restaurants and the main Beach for people watching or stay at the Villa and relax. all the guest rooms have Balconies with amazing views and the balcony upstairs with the Infinity pool is absolutely Addicting! you can look at that view all day! I never stopped taking pictures. there are plenty of activities available which Shiona can help you plan and book with ease, Manual Antonio is a quaint and Charming town and Vista Hermosa is a once in a lifetime experience, Highly Recommended

50th in the Jungle

Vista Hermosa was a perfect place to have my 50th Birthday. 10 couples arrived to spend the week together. We all fell in love with this gorgeous home. The best way to describe how well this house works even for 20 of us. Our day would start with early risers pressing start on the coffee makers ready to go. Slowly people would gather drinking coffee and watching and listening to the Jungle waking up. Two days we had yoga which was amazing to start the day off. Then we had a wonderful breakfast. Splitting the day with time on the beautiful beach and then heading back to the house for cocktails and appetizers up by the pool. Enjoying the beauty of the sunset. Javier and his mom made us wonderful meals and brought our group together every night. After dinner we spent it by the bar area sometimes dancing under the lights. The bedrooms were a nice getaway to recharge with beautifully appointed rooms. Some took advantage of the many opportunities of activities nearby and enjoyed those adventures. It was a magical place that we will all remember. We hope to come back in the future.

"Paradise found"

We were truly impressed with speaking with Susan, the concierge. She embodies what I wish all concierges would be like. Working with her from the beginning has been truly a fantastic experience. She had a lot of great suggestions of how we can enjoy the house and schedule tours and get the most out of Manuel Antonio! This piece of paradise was perfect for our party of 12 (6 couples) we all had our private room and on-suite to separate us when we needed it. The impressive top floor to gather with everyone and enjoy the most amazing view with cool breezes we experience everyday was beyond breathtaking. The invisible edge pool is where we ended up with a drink in hand and the surround sound music on to end of fantastic day. The house chef Javier and his daughter Hilary served nothing less than a 5 star meals. He was truly a pleasure to have around. The maids were attentive, friendly and had our rooms cleaned daily. But, where this place really shines is how quiet and tranquil this place was. This was exactly the vibe that I wanted to have, a peaceful and relaxing place where you soak up all that beachfront living can offer. Definitely a place I wouldn't mind going back to again and again! Pura Vida.

A trip of a life time that may have to be repeated. Awe inspiring views to start and finish each day

I have stayed in VRBO homes throughout the continental USA, Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Mexico and now Costa Rica. I have to say that the pictures of this home accurately depict the beauty of Vista Hermosa. Everything was as advertised. Chef Javier and his beautiful wife Karina are amazing. If you are fortunate enough to catch fresh Mahi they can prepare it any way you want. The cleaning staff, grounds crew and onsite security were all courteous and accommodating. Susan the concierge was very helpful in lining up a very busy itinerary for our group of 24 and the owner, aside from building such a lovely home, was also prompt, accommodating and professional when addressing the money side of this deal. The bottom line is that this place accommodated a group of 24 people with ages ranging from 10 to 75 and everyone had a wonderful time without getting in each others way. Some sat on the deck all day and read books while others jumped from waterfalls. There is something for all in Costa Rica and this home can either be used as a gateway to adventure or a place to decompress and get your YOGA on. If you decide to try this place out and can't fill the rooms let me know and maybe I'll take one off your hands. PURA VIDA.

5 Star experience across the board!!!!

Wow.... One of the most magical vacations our family has ever been on! We secured this house almost a year ago, months before construction was even complete. After speaking with Don, property manager, last summer, We felt confident booking Vista Hermosa during mid-construction and we have zero regrets. The property is even better than we imagined! We had a large group of 12 adults and 8 children (8 mo- 14 years) and everyone had an amazing experience. Shiona, concierge, helped us with our 5 car rentals, shuttle service to and from airport, and several activities (zip lining, white water rafting and parasailing). She was always available to help with a big smile! She took all stress out of the trip! Javier and Karina, chefs, provided us with some of the best meals we've ever had! They are so personable and have a true passion for cooking! We all wish we could bring them back to California with us 😄. I was born in Costa Rica and have been back several times and our experience at Vista Hermosa was hands down the BEST!!! We created memories to last a lifetime! Thank you Don, Shiona, Javier and Karina for the 5 Star experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️We will be back!!! Pura Vida!
