"The property was well situated in a quiet and tranquil area in the foothills of the Pyrenees, very close to Puivert, and it's Cathar Castle. It was a great place to stay - villa was well appointed and comfortable, and the pool was lovely and warm and well maintained with sunbeds and seats around it. We were made to feel very welcome by the owners. It was a good base for visiting the many Cathar castles in the area as well as many other attractions. It possible to walk down into Puivert during daylight hours where there are several restaurants and a swimming lake. Carcassone is about an hour away and well worth visiting. Thank you for making our stay so relaxing."
