Beautiful and comfortable house with a beautiful pool right in front of the house, perfect to enjoy!! Air-conditioned with a very pleasant temperature
In a very nice, safe and quiet residential area!
Very close to the center of Tequisquiapan, with easy access to places of interest in this beautiful magical town!
• With a contemporary design and bright spaces we create a cozy atmosphere for family and friends
• Comfortable terrace in front with outdoor furniture
• The garden is an oasis of serenity
The space
A beautiful, quiet and safe place to enjoy as a couple, with family or friends!
The main room offers a beautiful King size bedroom, spacious closet, a large TV screen and a beautiful balcony that allows for a great panoramic view of the Residential and the surrounding nature.
• The second room on the ground floor with a beautiful queen size bedroom and its own closet.
• The third bedroom with two twin beds and a modern and functional structure that offers comfortable spaces and a closet for each.
• Bedrooms with large windows overlook the beautiful garden and beautiful pool.
• Fully equipped integral kitchen with a large granite breakfast bar. Modern double door refrigerator.
• Features all kitchen utensils: Dishes, cutlery, glasses, jug, cups, pots, pans, cup holders, blender, coffee maker, oversized microwave oven.
• Stay with a beautiful very comfortable room and a large TV screen to enjoy music, movies, series!
• With high-speed internet throughout the House.
• Two full bathrooms with tempered glass gate.
• Laundry back patio with washer and dryer.
• Our house has a comfortable terrace in front with outdoor furniture. Enjoy the weather, enjoy the view, live with family and friends!
