Great place to stay overnight either for business or for a night to transfer to the airport. The hotel, if asked, will provide a private ride to the airport, which is 30 minutes away. It's also conveniently close to the city/town. I will definitely stay over again.

Modern Hotel

There are few hotels of quality near the airport. This one was about 25 minutes. It was a great option. Very modern. Great communication. Nice property. But nothing around it...have to travel by taxi another 20 minutes into the Center.

I've enjoyed the facility, including sauna and steam room, as well as the gym area. I've loved the room design and the staff's custom service attitude. I dislike three things: 1- The room that I've used was 102, which has a little bath, and when I tried to use it, I found two little spiders in it. Maybe they need to double-check the fumigation services. 2- I could not use the amenities: the coffee machine and the water heater jar. I've plugged them, but they never started or heat the water. 3- I consider that the day I was there, the swimming pool didn't look really clean, I've compared it with the small one that is close to it.

Disappointed. I needed a private room for a job interview I asked for it and they couldn’t accommodate me unless I rented the room for $200 US dollars for less than 1 hour. Never have I experience such thing in a hotel. Conference room cost more than the actual stay for one night. Manager stated I can sit in the front of the lobby while there was so much noice and cleaning lady with the vacuum. Overall the room was decent and breakfast as well .

Estaba un equipo de futbol y parte del personal limitaba el acceso a cierta área del restaurante (la terraza) sin consumir por el evento, no se me hizo justo cuando yo pague igual que ellos y tendria que poder acceder sin restricciones. El área de la alberca parecia balneario un grupo de gente se adueño del ahí con comida y bebidas y no.pudimos usarla. Fuera de eso es un hotel que siempre nos gusta ir es cómodo y muy limpio y el desayuno es muy bueno. El servicio recepción muy bien.

Soy cliente regular de este hotel, pero el día de ayer tuvimos muy mala experiencia, mi almohada tenía un olor muy malo, la luz del baño no servía, el bufette ya no es el mismo y muy raquítico, no pude pagar con tarjeta por qué no había internet, fuimos al área de la alberca y queríamos pedir bebidas y botanas, pero nos dijeron que los meseros estaban ocupados, que las pidiéramos por la página, la cual nunca encontramos el menú, nos quejamos con la personal a cargo y lo único que nos dijo fue lo una disculpa!!!!!
